Yes, this is possible. We work with an additional permanence fee per hour to stay at your service and to make sure everything is closed off safely.
Yes, we offer several options, hot or cold, tailored to your needs. You are also welcome to arrange your own catering, in coordination with us. You can make your request via meet@brainembassy.be. We're happy to help you further.
Yes, no problem. Within the timeframe of your meeting room booking, you are welcome to enjoy the open space as well (with respect for our other guests and members of course).
Definitely! Hospitality is at the center of what we do. We will welcome them warmly and guide them to the meeting room. Or offer them a drink and a seat at our Front Desk if you prefer to escort them personally.
