Absolutely. Get a day pass for €35 excl. VAT, including coffee, tea and water. It’s an easy way to experience Brain Embassy for a day, no membership needed.
Of course! We’d be very happy to show you around. You can schedule your tour via the button in the header, or via work@brainembassy.be. This way we can discuss your needs and find the best fit.
Yes. Company registration is available with our Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships. Unfortunately, this option isn’t available with an Open Space membership.
Absolutely. Simply announce your visitor through the Brain Embassy app. We’ll welcome them at the Front Desk and let you know when they arrive, so you can meet them and guide them to your meeting room.
When you’ve outgrown your current membership or need a different fit, we think along with you to find the best solution. Just let us know and we’ll discuss it over a good cup of coffee (or tea …).
The notice period differs per type of contract, but generally 1-3 months. Taking this 1 month into account, the minimum contract duration is 2 months.
Yes, there have been multiple collabs in our community. Different businesses working together on a project of starting a partnership. That’s the beauty of this community of diverse but like-minded people, and one of the reasons we organise community events - casual and/or learning - on a very regular basis.
