Opening hours from 8:30 - 17:30. Can we stay longer?

Yes, this is possible. We work with an additional permanence fee per hour to stay at your service and to make sure everything is closed off safely.

Can we use your open space for breakout sessions?

Yes, no problem. Within the hours of your meeting room booking, you are welcome to enjoy the open space as well (with respect for our other guests and members of course).

Will our guests be welcomed by someone upon arrival?

Definitely! Hospitality is at the center of what we do. We will welcome them warmly and guide them to the meeting room. Or offer them a drink and a seat at our Front Desk if you prefer to escort them personally.

Do you offer catering?

Yes, we offer several options. Hot or cold, tailored to your needs. You can make your request via events@brainembassy.be. We’re happy to help you further.
